Playing the Pauses

We all know that women’s bodies, women’s reproductive functions, hormones, and sexuality change with age, and we all know this is called menopause. But how many people know that andropause happens to men too? Find out more about andropause and menopause on Discovery Health.
As we age we all change in many, many ways—mentally, emotionally, physically, and sexually. But slowing down doesn’t have to be a bad thing if you know how to play. Musicians tell me that the difference between an average player and a true virtuoso is in how they play the pauses. It’s also true in some forms of dance. And the same could be true of life. So learn to play, and play the pauses well.
